Allowed Pets
Up to 2 esa or service animals , 2 dogs , 2 cats allowed.
Pet Types
We love our pets! Pets are allowed at all three of The Meadows properties. No more than two animals are allowed per unit, and a $20.00 monthly pet rent applies for each pet. Cats and dogs have a weight limit of 40 lbs. Aggressive breeds will not be allowed. See list below for animals not allowed. A $300 deposit, a $300 non-refundable animal fee, and prior approval from management will be required. Aquariums will be allowed with a 20-gallon maximum, on the first floor only, with proof of insurance for the entire term of the lease.

- Pit Bulls
- Rottweilers
- Presa Canario
- German Shepherds
- Huskies
- Malamutes
- Dobermans
- Chowchows
- St. Bernard's
- Great Danes
- Akitas
- Terriers (Staffordshire)
- American Bull Dog
- Karelian Bear Dog
- Any hybrid or mixed breed of one of the aforementioned breeds
Poisonous Animals:
- Tarantulas
- Piranhas
Exotic Animals:
- Reptiles (snakes, iguanas)
- Ferrets
- Skunks
- Raccoons
- Squirrels
- Rabbits
- Birds (parrots, cockatiels, macaws)
